Welcome to the Community, Wyattconstance01. If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your first deposit may take up to 5 business days for account setup. After that initial setup, deposits will process more quickly. For ACH payments, expect longer processing during the first month. You'll receive an email once everything is set up and processing returns to normal.
To reach our Live Support Team, just sign in to your QuickBooks account and click the Help (?) icon in the top-right corner. Go to the Search tab, then briefly describe your concern (for example, "invoice payment not received"). After that, select Contact Us and choose Chat or Callback.
