INV-48693 Problems with QuickBooks Payments Came Back

After installing Quickbooks Desktop Mac 2021 V20.0.4 R5, the INV-48693 problem went away and I was able to transact card payments for a few weeks. However, today, when I went to "Record Merchant Service Deposits" to sync my payments accounts, the Quickbooks Payments Error came back. It says "Quickbooks Payments Error" (in bold), and then says, "There was an error communicating with the QuickBooks Payments service."

INV-48693 Problems with QuickBooks Payments Came Back

Hello @jluros. I believe we've connected on other threads, but I wanted to make sure to close the loop here as well. I'm pleased to report that this Investigation (INV-58475) has now been resolved and you should be able to download deposits as normal. 

Please make sure you have all of the latest updates for QuickBooks. Then, if you are still experiencing this error after any updates, please let me know and I'll be happy to follow up and help!
