Invoice does not show credit applied when customer clicks "Pay Online"
I am using QuickBooks 2020 for Mac and when I send an invoice via email for the customer to pay it online, it is asking them to pay the full amount, even though the invoice has a credit applied. They can see the credit applied in the invoice (screenshot attached) but when they click on the PAY ONLINE link it asks for the full amount. Can someone let me know how to fix this? I know the customer can manually change the amount when they pay online but that's not ideal. Thanks!
