Buy nowI just switched as a small business owner. Why can't I find a reliable invoicing service? I've only done 7 Transactions and 5 had issues with the transaction. Should I continue to expect issues with 70% of transactions, is this a normal thing?
1. Client tries to pay, can't.
2. Client pays, doesn't receive receipt
3. Client pays, doesn't receive confirmation
4. Client paid SAME invoice TWICE, because QuickBooks allowed him to pay the same invoice twice. What in the world?
5. Shows paid in deposits tab, Shows late and unpaid in invoicing.
Worst part, I can't get anyone on the phone. I just signed up; this is not a good first impression. If this isn't fixed by tonight, I'm canceling because this makes me look very bad to my clients.

Since you're new to QuickBooks Payments, we'll deposit your first set of payments (sometimes referred to as a batch) within 5 business days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while your account is being set up. Once everything is good, you'll receive an email and we'll deposit payments considerably more quickly depending on the time when you processed the payment. Furthermore, if you've already received an email and the system is still not recording properly, you may want to contact QuickBooks Payments Support Team. Another option, sign up for a 3rd party merchant service to compare. You can cancel one of the accounts later or use it as a backup.
