Is it possible to link a credit card on eZBusiness Card Management to my QuickBooks account?

Hello there, @felicia-madrigal. Let's go to the Banking menu's Connect an account page to verify the possibility of linking a credit card on eZBusiness Card Management to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'm here to show you how.

Online banking is one of the time-saving features in QBO. Once your bank and credit card accounts are connected, transactions will automatically download and categorize.

It's possible to connect or link your credit card on eZBusiness Card Management to QBO when they're a participating financial institution. To check, I encourage you to visit the Connect an account page and search using their website's URL. This will ensure that you're using the correct listing and that you'll be connecting to the right account. Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions and select Bank transactions, or go to Banking.
2. If this is the first bank account you’ve set up, select Connect account. Or select Link account if you already created one.
3. In the Connect an account page's search field, enter the name for your credit card, or preferably your eZBusiness Card Management credit card's URL. 
4. Hit the Enter key.
5. When your credit card on eZBusiness Card Management appears on the list, select it and follow the on-screen steps to connect your credit card account.

If you're having issues finding or connecting your credit card account, it may be because of the following reasons:

• eZBusiness Card Management has multiple names on our list. 
• eZBusiness Card Management does not connect to all types of accounts.
• eZBusiness Card Management is not a participating financial institution.

Then, you can try other listed versions of your credit card on eZBusiness Card Management. This is because sometimes a financial institution might have different types of accounts but choose only to release one website for connection to QBO.

If you have tried all the options above but are still unable to connect or your credit card on eZBusiness Card Management doesn’t appear, you can request support for it in QBO (please see Step 3 in the given article).
