Is there a way to auto apply the credit card processing fee to customer invoices if they select payment by credit card?

Hi @marlys0427. The ability to automatically apply credit card processing fees to an invoice isn’t available at the moment.

As a workaround, you can add the fee to the invoice as an additional line item. Here's how.

1. Click My apps and choose Sales and Get Paid.
2. Select Products and Services and hit New.
3. Decide what Product/Service information.
4. Enter "CC Fee" for the service item's name.
5. For the price, I suggest entering the amount you and your customer agreed upon.
6. Select Save and close.

You can also search for any QBO-integrated third-party applications that automatically apply fees to the customer if you prefer not to include them in the invoice.
