Is there anyway to be able to have shipping addresses come in with payments? I.e. I don't even see shipping with PayPal payments.

To ensure that shipping addresses are included with payments, you may need to manually enter within your invoicing and payment processing in QuickBooks Online. For PayPal payments, you might want to review the options available for including shipping addresses with transactions. 

Additionally, when sending invoices, you could consider including a specific field for customers to input their shipping address at the time of payment. It could help streamline the process and ensure that shipping information is collected alongside the invoice payment.

If you may want to use the Custom Field, this will help you ensure information are track  within invoice. However, this is available for QuickBooks Advanced version only.

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings, and select Custom fields.
2. Select Add field. Note: If this is your first time creating a custom field, select Add custom field.
3. Enter a name in the Name field.
4. Select the All Sales forms checkbox. To show the custom field on printed and delivered forms, turn on Print on form. Otherwise, it’ll only appear in QuickBooks Online.
5. Select Save.

I like the idea of at least having the custom field to input shipping information at time of payment. Is there a link to an article for me to able to do that?

I am aware of the advantages for businesses like yours to add a custom field in payment transaction. I want QuickBooks Online to have this feature as much as you do.

But this feature is available in QuickBooks Online Advanced and in some sales forms but not with payment. However, I strongly urge you to share your thoughts with our software engineers. They carefully examine customer feedback, especially when determining how to improve QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Select Assistant in the upper right corner.
2. Type in Feedback, then click Enter.
3. Follow the prompts to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can add the shipping information in the Memo field of the payment.
