I received a customers payment by credit card through Merchant services deposits. The payment was made in May and didn't show up on my Merchant service deposits in QB until August (3 months later) How the hell do i fix this! I was sending this customer bills for months thinking they didnt pay.. Using quickbooks pro desktop.

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to post in the QuickBooks Community, based on your description of what's going on, I'd suggest reaching out to our payment support team, this is because it sounds like you may need a phone agent to dive into your account and see where the deposit is getting hung up. They will be able to do this with you over the phone and even screen share with you through the whole process. To reach out to them, you can find the phone number in the following link.

I am having a similar issue. Total funding amount went into bank account but payments were not posted to customer accounts and only partial payment was posted to Quickbooks checking account. I also resent invoices to customers who had made payments.
