If your QuickBooks Checking account was suspended, you should've received an email explaining what's occurring. In the event you don't see an email from Intuit about it, I'd initially recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
If you don't find an email about the account suspension, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and discuss what's going on with the account and funds.
They can be reached while you're signed in.
Here's how:
- Use the (?) Help icon.
- Open your Assistant or Search tab.
- If you opened Assistant, in the Type or ask something field, enter your question or topic. In the event you accessed the Search tab, use your Search questions, keywords, or topics field to enter a question or topic you need help with.
- From the Assistant tab, enter "Talk to an expert". On your Search tab, select Contact Us.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
