Integrating programs from one to another is really helpful, ehabsawan.
Currently, QuickBooks Self-Employed can only integrate to Etsy and PayPal. Integrating the program with other third-party apps is still a work in progress. We'll post news about it in the QuickBooks Blog and will also provide articles once they are available.
Temporarily, you can import the business-related transactions from Ebay to QBSE through a .CSV file format. You can use this link for reference: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
