Online payment for invoices created on the mobile app

We are moving to use Quickbooks as our main invoicing platform and we will be creating most invoices via the mobile app.  We have both ACH and Credit Card payments turned on in the settings. When I create an invoice via my laptop the payment types are both online payment options are on.  When we create an invoice via the mobile app they are both off and we need to turn them on every time.  Is this a bug?  Seems like it should be the same across the board and that we shouldn't require our team in the field to click these every time.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to sort out this matter. With this, we can clear the app data of your application to refresh it and eliminate common errors that could cause the online payments option to keep switching off. This can be done on your app or in your mobile settings. Let me show you how:

 

  • For the QuickBooks Online app:

 

Android

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback
  2. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

  • In your Phone Settings:

 

Android

 

  1. From your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage.
  3. Select clear data.

 

iOS

 

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings, then, click on General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.
