Paid membership

I have had a paid membership for years. I changed the business name and started a trial membership and now wants to charge me twice. Also when I log in, it says the trial period had ended, but when I go to my subscriptions, it says it ends February 26th. Is it February 26th? My calendar says today is the 7th. I don’t understand why I can’t get help with this, especially since I’ve been a customer for 8 years. And now it won’t even let me attach photo saying it only certain types, one of which is jpg, which is the exact type I’m trying to upload. I think the best thing is to just to be done with this company.

Paid membership

Hello there, remingtonrvrentals.

I'll share information that could help you understand the charges you received and check your account status.

I can see how these charges cause inconvenience since you've signed up for a trial version, which you shouldn't be charged. With this, let's review these charges to understand them further. Here's how:

  1. Visit this page: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
  2. Proceed to Option 1: Look up a charge here and fill in all the necessary information.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.

You can contact our Customer Support Team if you need further assistance checking your charges. They have all the necessary tools to help you thoroughly.

Whereas for the status of your subscription, let's verify your account status with these steps:

  1. Sign in to Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Select the Product &billing tab.
  3. Click on the company to check its status.

Lastly, let's troubleshoot your browser to avoid discrepancies related to corrupted cache files that prevent you from adding attachments. This usually causes unexpected behavior when working with the program.

You can utilize these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

Once it works, clear the cache from your regular browser to refresh the website's preferences and avoid related issues.

Moreover, you might want to review this material to learn more about how the software could help you manage different business tasks: Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Add a comment on this post if you have additional questions regarding Intuit charges and your account status or other related concerns in QuickBooks Self-Employed. We'll be around to help.

Paid membership

This didn’t help. I cancelled my membership. The response had nothing to do with the issue I have.
