we have contractors that we pay there bills through direct deposit . when I try to pay the bills, the bills don't show the BILL Numbers and it's hard to guess which bills i want to pay at that moment.
Hello @Sonny209,
As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to determine the bill details once paying them using direct deposit.
With this, let's consider going back and review the date of your contractor's bill. Make sure to remember the due date so you select them accordingly.
Additionally, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Expenses and Vendors for QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.

This is very tedious to go back at each bill and remember the date, if quickbooks can pull the bill due date and amount to display how hard is to display bill # next to it..
