Payment Link with an option for Quantity

Adding a quantity option directly in a payment link for services or products isn't supported in QuickBooks Online (QBO), LBorkin. I'll provide workarounds to help you accomplish your goal with your payment link in QuickBooks Online.

Payment links in QuickBooks Online enable you to create QR codes that can be shared with your customers, facilitating their ability to complete purchases. However, it doesn't include an additional feature for the buyer to specify the quantity.

One effective solution is to use a third-party e-commerce or ticketing service that integrates with QuickBooks Online. These platforms provide more advanced features, including the ability for buyers to select quantities.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Apps tab and click the Find Apps.
2. You can find applications by browsing in the Search tab.
3. You can also search them in the Browse Categories or Browse Industries.

I am also looking for a QR code/payment link for my non profit organization.  If I indicate the donation options, I may be limiting the possible amount that donors may contribute to our organization.  Even if you could create multiple options:  $25, $50, $100, or other.

Creating a donation page with flexible options is a great idea for your nonprofit organization, @AS626. However, the feature to create a QR code with multiple donation options is unavailable.

As an alternative, you can use a third-party app that integrates with QBO to create a custom donation QR code. To find a suitable app, follow these steps:

1. In the Search bar menu, type Find Integration and select Jump to Find Integration.  
2. Use the Search Tab to browse for relevant applications.
3. You can also explore options under Browse Categories or Browse Industries.
