For first-time payments made through QuickBooks, it will take up to 5 business days for the funds to be released, Casp.
These initial deposits may take longer because we need to set up your account. After this setup, customer payments will be processed quickly.
Also, the deposit speed will vary depending on the payment type. Standard deposits are processed every day except Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. To check your deposit speed, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Gear icon. and select Account and settings.
- Navigate to the Payments tab.
- Review the Deposit Speed section.
On the other hand, if you've received an email indicating that your payment is under review, it means the funds are currently on hold and our team is reviewing them. Just a heads up, we can't provide a specific time frame for when the funds be released. Rest assured, once our team completes the review process, the funds will be sent to your account.
