Prevent Sales Receipt from being entered without a Customer/Job

In QBDT 2021 is there a way to prevent a Sales Receipt from being entered without a Customer/Job being entered? From what I've been able to research on the subject it doesn't seem like this should be able to happen, but suddenly we've had several get entered without that information. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm unable to find. When it is a Credit Card transaction it messes up the Merchant Services from matching up the receipts with the money that was deposited.

Any help appreciated!
