I have auto invoice numbers set up on my account online no problems, so each time I generate an invoice it automatically creates the next customised number in sequence, which is great, but it doesn't do it on the mobile app.
I have to enter the invoice number manually on the app. Does anyone know how to turn that feature on in the Iphone app? It would be great if it auto generated the next one inline like it does online as I use the mobile app far more often to generate invoices.

I want to ensure that your mobile app and browser invoice number are in sequence.This way, you don't need to edit them manually.
Generally, the invoice number in the mobile app should be sequential same as in the browser end. Since it's not sequence, I'd advise performing an app troubleshooting procedure.
This helps to refresh applications and eliminates common problems that cause your invoice number to be out of sequence. To do this, follow the steps below:
If the problem persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app for a clean slate. You do not need to worry since it won't delete any of your app's transactions or data.

Thanks for the reply. unfortunately I don't see an option for reset app data.
THese are the options:
Menu - Help - Articles and support or ask QB a question
Unless its in a nother sub menu.
I have deleted and re installed the app to no avail.
