Quick books checking (green dot) NO customer support account headaches

hello everyone ,

we have quicks book checking from green dot bank.

since June 2023 we see a discrepancy in the beginning balance and ending balance with the credit $ minus  debt $ the ending balance have a incorrect $.

same with July 2023 statement   the beginning balance is different from june 2023 ending balance and the ending balance is off $ +credit $ and -debt $

 

and now  same with the august 2023bank statement 

i was on hold for 2 hour to be connect with a bank specialist. what is going on with quick books? 

 

please someone help me to connect to the correct department to fix the greendot quickbook checking account statement .

 

please provide the phone no

QuickBooks have no support for this issue. i have called multiple time i end up getting transferred from one place to another with long hold times in between and end up disconnected by the agent.
