we have quicks book checking from green dot bank.
since June 2023 we see a discrepancy in the beginning balance and ending balance with the credit $ and debt $ the ending balance have a incorrect$.
same with July 2023 statement the beginning balance is different from june 2023 ending balance and the ending balance is off $ +credit $ and -debt $
i was on hold for 2 hour to be connect with a bank specialist. what is going on with quick books?

i waited 1hr 35 minute on phone after been transfer to another department .some one answer the phone say they transferred me to the wrong department.

QuickBooks have no support for this issue. i have called multiple time i end up getting transferred from one place to another with long hold times in between and end up disconnected by the agent.

Signing up for Quickbooks Checking with Green Dot has been nothing but misery.
In the past month:
1. They kept telling my credit card company that it had the "wrong account number," although the account number was copied exactly from the Quickbooks website. That resulted in two denied payments and a huge negative impact with my business' primary credit card company.
2. They sat on the processing of a client payment that had to go into a trust account for ONE WEEK, saying it was larger than most deposits, which was a flat-out false representation. The payment was a fraction of the size of our average deposits.
3. Now that same payment is unable to be moved into the trust account, because they keep saying they have to "verify" the same checking account that has been used to transfer $, but the verification never happens.
This program has multiple badges of fraud. It's a nightmare.
