QuickBook Checking is a scam

We signed up for QB Checking, transferred money into it, and Quickbooks locked our account instantly. We can no longer access QBO and multiple calls to customer service have resulted in nothing of value. 4 hours wasted. Again. I have a colleague with the exact same experience, and multiple threads on here confirm the same. I wish I saw these before falling for it. I even had a QB representative tell me that their checking product does not exist. The 5% envelopes seemed too good to be true, and apparently, they are. Intuit and its products are an absolute scam. I wish we could log in to cancel my account and get our money back. If you also decide to fall for this scam of a company, good luck to you.

QuickBook Checking is a scam

I regret to hear that you've had to go through this. Please understand that this is not the way we want you to feel.

QuickBooks has a certain limit on the amount of funds that can be processed. If you exceed this limit, the funds will be placed on hold until they are verified. However, you don't have to worry as once the funds are verified, they will be automatically deposited into your bank account.

It's important to note that it may take up to 30 days for the funds to be returned to your bank account. During this time, QuickBooks will be conducting a thorough review of the transaction to ensure that it meets all the requirements. Once the funds have been released, you can expect to see them in your bank account within a few business days.

Furthermore, you can visit this material to learn more about your funds on hold: Why are my funds on hold?

I'm still here if you need some help. Just let me know by replying to this thread.
