Join nowDear Sir,
We have joined the US online Quick-book for over a year, and we used to paid the subscription by using our CFO US credit card. However our CFO just quit his job recently and there were some outstanding bill wait to settle.
Because of that we are Hong Kong company, none of the 3 payment method we can't do (No US Bank issue credit card, Bank transfer require routing code and PAYPAL not link with us credit card), even though the Quickbook support provide no solution and ask us to get someone with an US Bank issued credit card.
I don't belief that TT were not the payment option for Quickbook.
We are willing to pay but Quickbook support just provide no workable solution for us
Please help!!!!

I understand the willingness of paying your QuickBooks Online subscription, Summy.
However, your card must have a US-based billing address to pay your subscriptions. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to pay your subscriptions.
Here are the forms of payment that aren't accepted:
You can use a personal credit card and get reimbursed later if you don't have a business credit card.
For steps to update the payment method, check out this link: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. It provides instructions and detailed steps to help you with the process.
Don't hesitate to leave a comment below if there's anything else you need about the payment method you can use to pay the subscription. I'll be right here to help you.
If your company is located in HongKong, you should migrate your data immediately to QBO HongKong version prior to next billing cycle.

Otherwise, convert your QBO US version to QBD US version. You may purchase a one time license of it thru a partner without credit card. Deploy a private cloud to let your remote users access your file by internet if required.
Hi Fiat,
Thank you for your suggestion, actually i have join the HK Quickbook online subscription "PLUS" on 18/8/2021 and the sales already told me that they can carry out the migration process. However their onboard team engineer "Aldon Tale" fail the appointment made on 19/8/2021 (15:45 HK Time, just no show , no call-in, no email) and i need to make complain to the Care team and the sale, hopefully the engineer not disappear again today scheduled meeting at 14:00 HK time or no choice i need to cancel all the subscription with Quickbook providing no follow-up service.

Hi Mary,
It is funny that you still not understand what the problem are: we are Hong Kong company which we not suppose to have an US bank issued Credit card.

I am not sure their Support will help migrating your data from QBO US version to QBO HK version. It will be a new improvement for your case. You may have 2 ways to migrate data as long as your QBO US account is still active.
Hi Fiat,
Thank you for your message, i have just check the Quick-book online and get confirmed by the Hong Kong onboard team engineer Alden (eventually he call-in as scheduled today) that the only way to get the data will be using the online export and import feature which only allow to export report only (with excel format) and i have tried that and error come out that : "Some of your files were too big to export..."
I don't think this way for export even work for a whole company database can be export...
We are thinking about whether we can transfer the US bill to the HK online account and then we can paid in HK to make the US account live again.

Hi Mary,
Sorry that what you have mentioned just make me feel like : our payment method only have these way , just got an US Issued credit card and pay it.
You didn't provide any workable solution just reply like saying nothing indeed.
Quite funny that MichelleBh (Quick-Books Team - ??Expert??) even think you have answer to my question, whats going on here?
Using Quick-book in this way really piss me off.
Not doing business in this way, or you will lost all of your customers

Firstly, you have to secure your data immediately. You will have more time to consider your options later, including migrating to any accounting app. Utilize an exporter tool to do so.
https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo
then you may have 2 ways to migrate data into your newly QBO HK version:
1, Utilize the importer tool. It is the same app as the exporter tool as I aforementioned with different function.
2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service. Contact us in private for details.
