This limit is primarily in place for security and risk management purposes set by QuickBooks Payments. However, you can request an increase to your ACH limit by contacting the QB Payments support team.
Alternatively, you can explore other payment methods using the App feature or wait for the limit to reset within 30 days if you've reached the ACH cap. For more information, refer to this article: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.

how did you get a resolution here? I am having the same issue and I have been on the phone with support for at least 12+ hours - the limitations of the service is ridiculous.
This has been a major frustration point for my company. We used (and still use) bill.com when it was freely integrated with QBO. QBO spun off their Bill pay and I jumped right on board.... and my vendor payments started getting declined. We quickly moved back to bill.com with it's QBO integration. I can't fathom why the Bill Pay caps are not disclosed. It would have saved me a ton of time.
IF support calls were not time consuming and useless, maybe there would be a way to increase the cap based on a business' needs.
