QuickBooks On Line Payments

Pulling up a payments report showing fees charged using QBO Payments isn't available, Lead. let me go into details about this.

As a workaround, we can get monthly statements via Account and settings for your reference. 

Here's how: 

1. Open your QBO company. 
2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
3. Choose the Month you want to pull up under the Monthly statements drop-down in the Documents.

Moreover, you can log in to your Merchant account to get the statements. 

1. Open your Merchants Services account. 
2. Go to the Activity & Reports drop-down.
3. Select All Statements under View Statements.

You could also go to the same Accounts & Settings area, Payments, and check under Chart of Accounts to see what account number/name you are tracking QBO processing fees.  Then go to your P&L for whichever month you want to look at, and expand out that line item on your report by clicking on the total for that month.  It will bring you up a report in detail of each transaction.
