Has anyone else had issues using Melio as a means of paying bills from Quickbooks desktop? I would highly suggest you save yourself the grief
Their "chat" support is dismal at best.
They also seem to have a serious problem actually delivering funds withdrawn from your account to the intended recipient.
I have endured well over 60 interactions attempting to recover funds they withdrew from my account which were not delivered to the intended recipient.
At his point, it appears they expect me to accept the fact that my money went somewhere, only not to the vendor I intended to pay. It is impossible to get an answer from them how these funds were apparently directed somewhere other than a destination authorized by me or the recipient.
RUN, don't look back. They will eventually bite you.
