Intuit doesn't create a Payments account on its own, shadowbrisas. Another user may have subscribed to it.
To cancel the subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center as an admin user.
- Select the Account dropdown, then click Account Profile.
- Hit Close Account at the bottom of the page. If you don't see this option, reach out to our Payments Live Support team.
- In the Reason for closing dropdown, select a reason, and add any comments you'd like to share.
- When you're ready, select Submit.
It takes a business day, then you'll receive an email confirmation of this cancelation.
