What workaround do you need? I see the option "Every two months" on the "How Often" list. Seems to work.
It is not on the Mac.
Not on the Mac Quick Book 2021
Thanks for reaching out to the community, Dave.
While the option you're looking for is not yet available in your QuickBooks version, you'll need to set the memorized entries to a different cycle. In this case, the closest setting is to use monthly.
We recognize the need to have the same setting for Mac versions, so we need to have you send a product suggestion to our engineers. Here's how:

Oh. I didn't realize as you didn't mention you are on the mac and you posted in the QuickBooks Desktop (Windows) section. There's a separate QuickBooks Mac section.
The only workaround I can think of is to memorize the same transaction 6 times and put each on an Annual schedule, two months apart. Or, if you have the "Twice a year" option you can do it with 3 memorized transactions.

Well, it's not, because that would create 2x the desired transactions. That's not close at all. It's exactly what the OP doesn't want. The workaround is really not that complicated, per my last post.

And then you tell the customer how to turn on usage data?:
Turning on usage data doesn't send any suggestions to anyone. But I will admit that is just as effective as sending a suggestion to Intuit, which you probably already know.
I have email them several times but nothing is done. Is there another way? to get them to work on this problem
That will not work, because the transaction will not fall. the right date and I do not want twelve of them. I wish the Intuit would work on this problem.

Who are you replying to? My solution works fine I think.
I have 6 time, but no replay. I wonder if they could have a one mouth plus one month?
Hello, soon-dave.
For now, I'd suggest following the recommended workaround provided by BigRedConsulting by sending a suggestion to Intuit. I also think that this feature would help you run your business better so I've forwarded your ideas to our Product Developers. To help us make QuickBooks better, I'm inviting you to send your feedback. Most of features come from our customer's ideas.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
In the meantime, I suggest creating different templates and set the date to the occurrence date. Here's everything that you need about creating a memorized transaction: Create, edit, or delete memorized transactions.
Feel free to utilize the comments section below if you have any other concerns. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
I think I have a work around. It is the best I can do. I have window compuser that has 2019 Quick Books on it (it is not supported any more by Quick Book but it has "every two month" I can set the two transaction but I have two sets of books. Big bunch of garbage. I will keeping asking Quick Book To Please fix this PROBLEM.
That solution does work fine. We do it for some other things such as estimated tax payments that while being paid quarterly, do not have the same due dates each quarter.
