Adding a Preferred Delivery Method Option

How can I add a customer preferred delivery method option in QuickBooks Desktop?  Currently the options are E-mail, Mail and None.  I need to add Text to the options.

Adding another Preferred Delivery Method selection in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is unavailable, DSAcct. That said, I'm here to help you send a feature recommendation to our developers regarding this.

 

Please know that our product engineers are always open to product suggestions. We greatly value them as it would help our team better innovate the product for the benefit of every user.

 

Here's how to submit your feature feedback:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks company file. Then go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online and then Product Suggestion.
  3. Choose the Product Area of your suggestion.
  4. Enter your feature recommendation in the designated field and complete the form accordingly.
  5. Once done, hit Send Feedback.

 

You can also consider using a third-party app that supports adding text as an option in the delivery method on the templates. Then, integrate it in QBDT to utilize its features in the system. Kindly browse our QuickBooks Desktop - App Store to look for and add the app.

Adding a Preferred Delivery Method Option

I sent the Product Suggestion in. I'm good with custom templates, thanks though.
