I had the business owner activated Melio in their QBO Plus file. I'm the bookkeeper and when I went to pay a bill Melio, it asked if I wanted to switch Admin right to me then the business owner would lose the ability to pay with Melio. I know there is an app in the app store. Do I have to have the business owner download that app to add me to the bookkeeper as an authorized user for Melio? We both want to be able to pay bills. Please advise, thanks.

No one responds but I'll give it another go. Their customer service needs to improve.
Consider open a separate MP account for your needs to integrate with QBO.

This is how you have to reach out and get help with Melio. They only do live chat. If you have QB Desktop do the following:
1. open up a payment doesn't matter which one
2. Click Chat
There you go
