Bill Pay Access

Hi All,

My book keeper set up my Quickbooks accounts from her master account.

I would like to know what controls the printing of checks or the payment of bills online.

My intent was for the book keeper to only have read access to my accounts, and not be able to issue checks or payments from them.

Thank in advance for any help or pointers.

I appreciate you for using QuickBooks Online in managing your vendor transactions, Resun_accounting. I know how important it is to keep your data secure. I'm here to share some insights.

It seems like your bookkeeper is using wholesale billing. With this, they have full control of your QuickBooks Online account. We're unable to give them read-only access.

If you want your info to be deleted from your bookkeeper's list, I'd suggest sharing this article with them: Manage Clients in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you manage your Intuit account. This ensures your details are accurate:  Your QuickBooks Account.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance with your other QuickBooks tasks, Resun_accounting. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.

Open a separate Melio account for free to integrate with your QBO and utilize its approval feature. It is possible you don't need giving your bookkeeper any access to QBO.
