It'd be a great addition to link your Apple Credit Card to our Online Banking feature. While the option is unavailable, you'll want to send a request support for your bank by following the steps below:
Here's a sample screenshot for a visual reference:
I'm adding this article for reference: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
In the meantime, you have the option to download a CSV file of your bank transactions and manually import the data in QuickBooks. Here's a link for the instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
After importing the data, you can start categorizing and matching them. In case you see some duplicate transactions, you can exclude them by following the steps here.
For any additional questions about banking or need assistance with other task in your account, please let me know in your reply. I'm available to answer them. Have a good day ahead.
Explore MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.

Its 2022 apple is one of the top 3 companies in the world talk to some people and make this happen or you will lose customers well more then im sure you already are! completely dumb that a request would need to be sent as a company its as large as any bank on the lists you have easily This would be like requesting to have wellsfargo or bank of america on there FIX THIS!
While I agree it's annoying, I also can understand why Apple isn't eager to make it easy to integrate Apple Card with 3rd party aggregators like QuickBooks. Apple is very protective of customer data, and opening up APIs to link all purchasing behavior is antithetical to that belief of theirs. We may never see integration, sadly
DITTO. I will move to another platform that links to the Goldman Sachs Apple Credit Card. QUICKBOOKS has a monopoly and Enterprise costs a Frink'N fortune : (
Which platform?
Which platform are you getting into?
SAME, I mean, I just purchased QuickBooks so I can try and manage my accounting at least partially myself so I don’t have to pay 700 bucks a month for my accounting, and as I’m adding my bank so I can upload my transactions, I am now finding out you cannot add Apple card. Are you serious? I like a third of my purchases on that…

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

This answer is hilarious. A waste of time. Of course anyone can see that as an option.
