Hi
I already have the link for cutomers to make a payment when I send out invoices. How can I get the link for customer statements? The customers want to make one payment, not each individual invoice?
Thanks
Lyna
Welcome to this thread, @Ashley1888. Glad to know that you already have the link for your customers to make an invoice payment online.
At the moment, the link for customers to make a payment is only available in the invoice. I can see how beneficial it is to you and your customers to also have this functionality in the customer statements so they can make one payment. I appreciate you for sharing your ideas.
Meanwhile, I'm encouraging you to visit our QuickBooks blog to keep posted about our product updates and enhancements.
Feel free to message us again if you have more questions. We're always here to answer all your needs. Have a great day ahead.
Hi Catheryn,
I think it's a pity that this issue cannot be solved even by the agents online on the chat.
After spending near 3 hours discussing endlessly with 4 different agents explaining the message issue "We can't turn on payments for you" no one was able to solve it. It's really a pity since this platform was cheerfully recommended by a friend who told me it was one of the best. Is it a lie actually ?
What exactly is the problem with those no payments allowance ?
