Check Deposit Report Including Customer and Sales Rep

Greetings,

I need a report that will show me all the check deposits for last year including the customer name and sales rep. I am using the Deposit Detail report but unable to add the Sales Rep name. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Currently, showing the salesperson's name in the report isn't possible in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I can see the importance of having this feature in your business. I suggest sending feedback to our product developers so they can review and consider adding this in our future updates.

Here's how:

Go to the Help menu.
Hover over Send Feedback Online and choose Product Suggestion.
Enter your suggestion.
Click Send Feedback.

I've got steps to help you run the report that includes all check deposits, the customer name, and its sales rep.

Let's customize the Deposit Detail report to enable these details to show and get things resolved for you. To do that:

Go to the Reports menu at the top bar and select Banking. Then, Deposit Detail.
Click the Dates drop-down and choose the correct date range.
Tap the Customize Report menu to open the Modify Report window.
In the Columns section, type Name/Source Name and Rep.
Once done, click OK.

Greeting and thank you for the reply! The field REP is only returning the initials and not the salesperson's name. Any suggestions?
