Not even discussing held funds. There's an obvious conspiracy between the accounting software mfg. They all turned to this bunk online system that is the worst accounting software ever. DOS accounting software was better in the 90's. This is an obvious downgrade and not an upgrade. They didn't even care if their software was any good mostly because they planned on ripping us all off for millions. So your CEO got millions, just like the UHC CEO. Obviously that wasn't a good idea for him. I suggest you fire your CEO who is getting you tens of thousands of court cases this year alone. He got rich and all of you are getting yelled at by the customers for everything under the sun because your product is so substandard it isn't even funny. You are thieves with a horrible product.
so true!

I’m talking with lawyer to start a Class Action Suit as well. QB allowed 8400$$ to be deposited in an unknown account and refuse to help or give any info on how this was done!!!!
Bonnie Mead - I would like to join in this law suit. I have been a customer since 2001 and sold my business this year, but I still need access to the financial and payroll data. I also track my personal financial data using a separate quickbooks company file. I would like to be able to continue doing my personal financial tracking with Quickbooks but I am no longer in need of processing payroll. I would back off on this lawsuit if I could at least retain and access existing data for my business account for record keeping trail. I would also like to continue doing my banking and credit card entries for my personal company file. My data should be mine and the access to it should be provided as I was accustomed to. I would no longer expect program updates or support.
It is not right for Intuit to hold my data hostage at the ridiculous rate of almost $200/Month!
Did you use QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise? You can use the trial version to access your archive files for good if required. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.
I hear you it is been very disappointing since we've been with QuickBooks since they launched please let me know where to file or join the class action lawsuit
I would like to be included. Their costs since going subscription based is just ridiculous. They have made using DeskTop version almost unobtainable for us small businesses.
Do you need to run any add-ons? e.g QB Payroll, QB Payment
Yes I also have payroll.
Yes I have payroll too.
Yes I also use payroll for my many clients.
Do you have QB Desktop Accountant with Enhanced Payroll? They won't bother raising subscription prices because their primary concern is forcing your clients to switch to QB Enterprise or QB Online. You can switch to QB Desktop with a non-subscription license + stand-alone payroll application. You will register payroll expenses as journal entries.
Hi- did anything ever come of this? I am currently fighting them over a “missing” $47,000 that they claimed to have deposited into my bank account. I’m starting to freak out.
Im in, my merchant services are risk voided every day. no one cares to help. who do we sue.
