I can see how this feature would benefit you and your business. However, the option to give your customer a link so that they can put their credit card or billing information that will allow you to make automatic charges each month is not yet available in QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you can send your customer a link to the invoice you're sending, wherein they will enter their credit card personally without you seeing their information. You can check out this article to see the video and learn how to do it: How to use payment links in QuickBooks Online.
