Withheld deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO) are due to account verification or transaction review by QuickBooks Payments, Ermin.

On top of that, if more documents are needed to complete our review, these include items such as:
- A copy of the original invoice you sent to your customer.
- Bank statements from the last 6 months. If you don't have all six months' worth of information, please send us whatever is available. You can also send us statements from your previous payment processor, if you have them.
After that, kindly check the Resolution Center and ensure to answer all questions from our team. Once done, we will complete the review within two business days.
