Quickbooks Pro Advisor. Only a recording is played. The message was too quick at giving an address to message. I didn't catch it. Anyone know who I should contact?

I would like to add for anyone else that comes across this thread, that this is true. I did reach out to merchant services and after verifying our usage, they were able to lower our rates. It was a bout a 10 minute chat, definitely worth it.
Contacted them tonight, was told there was no means for reducing my fees. I processed probably close to $400k last year, at an average fee of over 3% because we manually enter to charge for a recurring upfront payment plan. If anyone has found a better system to make that work with this type of structure, I'd love to hear about it.
