Do any QuickBooks plans accept credit card payments AND automatically apply any discounts that are applied when paid within set terms?

This feature is not yet available in QB Payment. You may consider staying with Stripe and using a third-party solution to put Stripe payment link on your invoices generated in supported versions of QB Desktop (2021-2023).

Are you able to add hyperlinks in newer versions of QuickBooks? In 2018 version, I am not able to so I'd have to use Adobe Acrobat to add a hyperlink after I generate the invoice as a PDF. 

Are you using QB Desktop 2018 with a single user license or more?

As Fiat Lux - ASIA mentioned, the ability to create a coupon with an expiration date isn't available at this time. However, I can see how this would be useful to have in your account. It is always Intuit's aim to develop relevant features that come from customer feedback. You can submit feedback to the Product Development Team to have this feature added to the platform. This can be done directly through your QuickBooks Desktop account by:

1. Clicking the Help tab.

2. Select Product Suggestion and then Send Feedback Online.
