The ability to permanently delete payment links that have an error status is not currently offered. I suggest contacting our Support Team for help, as they can investigate the matter. Here’s how:
- Login to your QuickBooks, and click the Help icon.
- Then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
Our support services are available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time.
If your client intends to make a payment at a later date, you can generate and send them an invoice. Once the customer settles the invoice, it's essential to document that payment. You can refer to the link for more information.
