i have spoken to support a dozen times, received several case numbers and escalations but we have never got an update or seen the funds released.
this is completely unacceptable and we need some kind of resolution ASAP.
Apparently the Risk Department are the ones who review but we cannot speak to them and they do not reach out. Surely they could review the case during an 8-week time frame....
We need answers immediately. please help

I understand how that would be difficult, especially since you haven't received your funds for nearly two months.
To help you, I've raised your concern to the Payments Team so that someone can check the details further as we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community.

We apologize for the delay in our response regarding your issue about funds on hold. I would also feel the same if my funds are on hold for how many months. For now, I've got an update for you regarding this issue.
As of now, we have submitted a formal complaint on your behalf to our QuickBooks Payments team. While coordinating with them, it shows that the funds were released on 12/29, and you should be able to see the funds in your bank account.
