Buy nowHi there.
Can we please remove the exclamation point from the "Your invoice is ready!" message?
I do not want to appear to be shouting at my clients each time they receive an invoice from me. It's unprofessional. I cringe every time I send out a Quickbooks invoice knowing that my clients have to see this, and I can't change it.
Many others agree that this needs to be something we can edit. It would be nice if your team could please address why they cannot simply switch to a period instead of an exclamation point.
Please advise. I can't seem to get this resolved and it is frustrating.
Thank you.

I can certainly understand how an ability to edit the "Your invoice is ready!" message in emails could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful Wednesday!
Hi Zack.
Thanks for responding.
I already submitted this as a feature request within the dashboard.
The link you provided about Customizing Invoices is not helpful, unfortunately, as Quickbooks does not allow us to customize this part of the invoice.
This has been an issue I have raised in the past (last year I posted and the post has since been deleted by Quickbooks).
I would really appreciate a solution ASAP.
Thanks,
Carly
