Let's perform additional steps so you can change the default shipping address on purchase orders, @Erss.
Based on your details provided above, it seems the Ship To Address isn't matched with your Company Information window. That's why your purchase orders automatically populate a different address.
To help fix this, let's go to your purchase order template and change its Ship To Address information. This lets you save a default shipping address. Let me guide you how.
The screenshot below shows you the last three steps.
After creating your purchase orders, you can receive inventory either with or without recording bills. To learn more about this process, check out this article: Receive Inventory.

How can this be done in Quickbooks Online?
Thanks for dropping by this thread, @barb2596.
You can change the default billing address by going to the Company settings under the Address section. There you can update and check the Same as company address box to make sure the PO uses this information as your shipping address.
Here's how:
This way, you can update your company shipping address seamlessly.

This works great if you only have one location. When making a Purchase Order, there's a grayed out dropdown next to the words "Ship To". How do you add more than one location and have it where you can select a location from that dropdown menu?
Hello there, @RonnieBoone.
Allow me to share some insights about adding options for the Ship-To dropdown. I'll make sure to add information for both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
When you click the dropdown, you can see an option to add a new location. You can click the +Add New. Follow the steps below for the two versions.
For QuickBooks Online, follow this:
For QuickBooks Desktop, here's how:
You can also check this article: Expenses and Vendors. Just choose the QuickBooks product you are using from the dropdown. This link will take you to a page with several articles to properly manage vendor transactions, such as purchase orders.

Thanks for the reply. However, the dropdown is grayed out. Nothing happens when you click there. This is the desktop version (Contractor 21).
Hi there, @RonnieBoone.
Thanks for following up with us.
I wanted to clarify if you had a client selected first in the Drop Ship To field? You'll need to choose a client first on the "Drop Ship To" area to add any addresses for the "Ship To" drop-down.
If you are ensuring you've selected a client before choosing the ship-to address, then I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. This way, an agent can utilize their tools and screen share with you and investigate this matter further. I've included some steps below to connect with an agent.
Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. I'm always around to lend a hand. Take care!
That worked!! Thank you so much.
Thanks for coming back with a happy experience, @RonnieBoone.
