I can share additional information about applying for available credits.
After hitting on Done, the amount showing in your aging report is now resolved. You can close this window and run your report to verify.
Check out this article for more information about running the A/R Aging Detail report and resolving it in case the Accounts Receivable (A/R) balance on your Chart of Accounts (COA) is different from the AR balance ....

I solved the problem. After hit Done, hit Print check, hit another Done and it's DONE. Quickbooks Generated Zero. I checked the Aging, and it's gone.
