QuickBooks helps you to download your PayPal Cashback transactions. However, the option on the Online Bank streams features that support PayPal connections and accounts is currently unavailable. I'd suggest sending another request to our banking team so they can discuss this matter and communicate with PayPal. To do this, you can follow the steps provided by @RCV above.

Moreover, we can manually import your PayPal Cashback transactions into QBO. Here's how:

1. 1.Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
2. Click the dropdown arrow ▼ of the Link account and then Upload from the file.
3. Drag and drop or select files of the file you've downloaded from your bank and select Continue.
