How do you link multiple invoices to one check? I had I client pay 3 invoices and can only link one. The 2 others can't be marked as paid without transaction to link to.

Hi there, Dan. To mark your invoice as paid, you can go to the Get paid section of your QuickBooks Solopreneur account and locate the invoice you want to record.

It’s possible that the date range selected by your client doesn’t match the invoice date. To resolve this, filter the date to ensure the transaction appears when marking it as paid.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Solopreneur account.
  2. Go to the Get paid section and locate the invoice you want to record.
  3. In the Deposit to section, select the checking account you want to deposit into.
  4. Click Sort and filter and ensure the invoice date falls within the selected date range.
  5. Select the transaction and click Save.
