You can verify the status of the payment in the Merchant Service Center. Here's how:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- Select Transactions.
- In the METHOD column, check the status of your deposit.
If you see Withheld in the METHOD column, it means that the payment is on hold and under review. Please check your email for notifications for the details and any necessary steps.
