How to print a bill payment stub from QB online?

If you're paying your bill using a credit card, there is an option to print a bill payment stub in QBO. See the example below:

On the other hand, if you're paying it using a bank, the option to print the bill payment stub is unavailable. You can only print it as checks. Please see the example below:

Here's How to print a bill payment stub:

1. Open the bill payment.
2. Select credit card as payment method, on the Bank/ Credit card dropdown.
3. Click the print option below.
4. Review the print preview. It should now display the Remittance advice/payment stub.
5. Click Print.

In addition, ou may consider generating a Bill payment list report to achieve the task. Here's How:

1. Go to Reports,  then in the Find reports by name drop-down.
2. Select the Bill payment list, and change the Date range you need to pull up.
3. Click on the Customize button if you want to filter unnecessary columns.
4. Then Run the report.
