I appreciate you taking the time to post in the Community forum, Charae. To better assist you in resolving the error encountered, even after using your account for some time, I recommend reaching out to our live support team.

 

You can contact them Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM, or on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM, following Pacific Time.

 

Here's how to reach them via the Merchant Service Center:

 

  1. In the top menu, click Support.
  2. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? box, then pick Continue.
  3. Choose either Chat or Callback for assistance.
