With regards to the reimbursement, I suggest you seek some help from our Support Team to see if they have a workaround for it. They have all the tools needed to check the details of your billing history.
Also, what I can recommend is to make an internal agreement. Since you already updated the billing details, you'll want your company to reimburse him/her.
