Has anyone been able to cancel the Merchant Services?
We had the Quickbooks point of sale. Quickbooks ended its service life in October 2023.
We are still getting charged for the Merchant Services and have been unable to cancel it.
Any suggestions?

Since you're still being charged and cannot cancel on your own, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, one of our agents can review your account in a secure environment and help cancel the subscription. You can use the link I'm including below to connect with them directly.

I successfully cancelled QB Merchant Services. IIRC, I did it online either by finding the right screen or by sending a msg. I forget. I cancelled because I didn't want to go through the PCI process.
I spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to cancel. All support for the POS product has been discontinued and the staff from other product lines can't find the transactions or reach anyone internally. After 2 hours I was given another number to call and assured they would be able to help me because this was 'out of scope' for the person assisting me (who had already reached out to her senior support person). Ha, ha, it was the number for Shopify
I gave up and called my bank at that point and put the charges into dispute.

I hope you have had luck on this issue. I've spent 10 hours on the phone with merchant services to get a refund on one of our accounts that they were still charging us for Merchant account fees since October 2023.
As of February 29,2024, have still not received a refund. On a different business in our name, they were charging us a merchant account fee every month and that business never used intuit merchant services.
