Invoice Payment Notification Question

In May I upgraded to QB Desktop Pro Plus 2021. Recently I've noticed that the email notifications I get of some customer payments made via credit card through QB Payments do not include the customer's name, only the invoice number. This is not a big deal (although it does mean I have to research the invoice to find out who it belongs to) but it is a definite change from the past and I wondered what is behind it. Sometimes I'll get payments from the same customer on the same day for different invoices and one will include the name and the other will not. What's up with that? Thanks.

After digging into your issue, I found that there is a current investigation INV-59769. I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team to be added to the listed of affected users. Invoice Payment Notification Question

I am having the same issue which just appeared a week ago and no changes were made in my setting. I used to have the customer name and email with invoice number. NOw all my customer name references are the email address. This is frustrating as I now need to look up invoices by number instead of name. Is it a technical change made recently that I missed? I have not done any recent updates or requested to do so.
